Return Policy:
We’re pleased to accept returns. Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
Sale Items:
At Habebe Couture we’re all about making your shopping experience great! Here’s the important details on returning sale items:
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
- We do not offer full refunds for sale items.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
How to Return:
Shipping fee for all returns will be assessed to the purchaser.

Return Conditions:
- Defective items must be reported within 2 days after the delivery date.
- Please ensure all items are returned with the yellow tag intact. We cannot accept returns if the yellow tag is damaged or removed upon receipt.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, without any marks or stains from makeup, deodorants, etc.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not adhere to our product return conditions or exceed the specified return timeframe.
Lingerie
If you purchase a bra, corsets, or dress from lingerie line you may return within 14 days of delivery. All lingerie bottoms, nipple cover’s and leg wear are final sale.
Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return is accepted or rejected.
We will issue a gift card for the same amount of your order to be used for your next order.
Refund Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the return is accepted or rejected. Please allow us 3-5 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order.
The credit will appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to different processing times of financial organizations.
