– We are currently shipping orders ( with FREE SHIPPING ) within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. For orders with EXPEDITED SHIPPING the order must be placed before 3:30 PM PST in order to be shipped out on the same date of purchase.

– All orders for standard shipping that are placed on weekends will be processed during the next business day.

– Our shipping courier FedEx doesn’t support PO Box delivery. Please provide us your alternative shipping address otherwise, we have to ship your order via USPS shipping.

– Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

– As all deliveries will require a signature, we would recommend that you are at the agreed shipping address on the day of delivery
